The Central District of the Evangelical Free Church of Canada represents EFCC congregations in Manitoba and Ontario. It is one of EFCC’s 5 districts.
The Central District includes churches from Manitoba & Ontario, including Southwestern Manitoba, Central Manitoba, North to the Interlake region, Southeastern Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, Toronto and Ottawa. In total, there are 22 churches, comprising 6 Chinese and 1 Filipino Church. Church membership is approximately 1,900, with an average attendance of 3,300.
A District Conference is held annually to which each church sends delegates. A National Conference takes place every two years. The primary purpose of the District is to glorify God in the cooperative building of the church of Jesus Christ.
